Villa Rivetta, available for exclusive lakeside holidays on Lake Como is in the charmingly picturesque village of Santa Maria Rezzonico, on the west bank of upper Lake Como. One of the Marquess’ favorite homes, it enjoys unrivalled tranquility and a truly beautiful and calm landscape as far as the eye can see.
The house climbs up to the prettiest part of the village, close to the ancient castle and is reached by a short walk. Cars can be parked 250 meters from the house and guests will reach the entrance by means of a flight of steps*.
The ground floor, with a large number of windows and marvelous views over the lake, comprises a large well-equipped open-style kitchen and large dining area with direct access to the two charming terraces.
The upper floor has an elegant lounge and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace overlooking the lake. The top floor features a large double bedroom with private bath and a mezzanine with two extra single beds.
The house enjoys use of a further covered terrace, which is equipped for barbecues and dining. An independent entrance from here leads to a cozy little annex with a double bed, TV, cooking facility, bath and terrace.
Our guests will be able to make use of the porterage service for transport of luggage both on arrival and departure.
